Cardano is one of a very few strong projects in the market if you are holding just continue holding it will pay-off in the future, the whole market if suffering right now so it is a normal thing for the even strong project to have a bad time. There are only a few coins to continue hold in the market even in a bear market and Cardano is certainly one of them.

On my part I do believe it is still worth investing. Cardano is one of the few coins that have made it this far even with the unfavorable market that we have as of now. I'm about to close all these comments down. I been on the cardano train more than any coin out there. One cardano is coin to bet on #1 at its github actively is more than any coin out there. #2 Eos and Tron core developers from my research are now on the shelley bandwagon. #3 cardano is independent from bitcoin it can move up without bitcoin help as pass weeks have shown. So that give cardano a duel effect. To run with bitcoin or not to run. #4 cardano is the birth child of bitcoin and ethereum when it comes tech. It might not beat out bitcoin and ethereum for there top spot but it will be prince to the king and queen. Cardano want all coin to to work together from one mainnet to the next and cardano is going to be that portal.

As i know you are a holder of ADA. So holding ADA or staking it is a good idea for you. Where are you holding your ADA? If your balance is less than 5000 ADA, you can stake in wallet but if your balance is 5000+, you can take part in stake in Binance Exchange.
