Title: The merger of Bitcoin and ethereum and the emergence of a new coin - bithereum.
Post by: Alcor on December 27, 2018, 08:36:16 PM
On December 28, two generally accepted cryptocurrency leaders - Bitcoin and ethereum can merge and form a new coin - bithereum. Link: https://bithereum.network.
It will be a coin with a delivery volume of 31 million or more and predict that it will combine the best qualities of these two coins. Is this evidence that Bitcoin is not able to solve the problem of its scale and this is perhaps a way out of the current impasse?

I heard of Bitethereum but never really looked deeper into it. First impression was that it is just another erc-20 token trying to take advantage of the bitcoin and ethereum name.

No. This project not even related to Bitcoin.

It is quite possible that the appearance of the bithereum coin simultaneously solves the problem of Bitcoin scalability. While it is generally difficult to say why this is being done. In general, the idea is very interesting. A rather unexpected solution to the many problems of these two coins can turn out. Let's see what happens.

I really wonder if this is an actual fork of Bitcoin or are they just using the name? Of course its fine but it seems there are alot of questions about this.

In my opinion, I have never heard anything about such a cryptocurrency before, although, as said, this is a combination of the two best coins of this market - bitcoin and ethereum. For curiosity, I clicked on the suggested link and to my surprise I found that this link still works, like the bithereum network. It turns out that it has existed for at least two years, but practically nothing is known about it. These are the flaws of the team of this cryptocurrency.
