Bitcoin has consistently hit new ground this year, more than doubling from just under $30,000 a bitcoin at the beginning of 2021 to almost $65,000 earlier this month.

Now, an advisory panel predicts that the bitcoin price will rise to just above $100,000 a bitcoin in 2021, with almost a third of the panelists polled predicting that bitcoin will rise to $120,000.
