General Discussion / Re: Face reality
« on: April 19, 2024, 06:43:56 PM »
Facing reality is a way to help you grow as a person I suppose but that's not the only way to succeed in life. Having drive and ambition will give you a better chance at succeeding.

While I was playing the Demo Blackjack game in my phone with some demo funds funded in my wallet, it was some kind of funs but I observed some illicitment that  may earns me bad of I should bring it into my reality gambling with real funds.

While playing the game, I observed that of I stake with little amounts, I looses to the computer but if I stakes with a huge amount I usually wins and I could visually see how much huge amount I have accumulated from my winnings.
Therein, I had to have that thought that I wish I could win this much in a real life gambling.

I actually brought this up here because of I have not been myself, I would had taken that inspirations to go gambling with amounts of money which I may not be affordable to loose because I am sure that I would not win that much easier as it was in the Demo.
So far so bad I think this is also how some gamblers are inspired to irresponsible gambling of what is not affordable to loose all because of chasing huger profits.
Demo modes are there for people to play and have fun. The results are irrelevant as you will likely make plays that you wouldn't make with your real funds. You could get the same results in real gambling, or you could get bad results. Depends on the cards you are dealt and if you are playing the game as you should.

Demo mode isn't motivating you to gamble irresponsibly, your brain is.

Hi everyone,

Have you ever faced a situation where your winnings were withheld? Share your experiences and any insights on why this might happen, such as issues with wagering requirements, account verification, or possible terms of service violations.

This thread is for sharing personal stories and advice on how to navigate such situations, ensuring fair play and understanding your rights as a gambler.
Back when roobet 1st opened they had limits on their house games. I was playing their roolette game and accidentally went all in on green and it hit for 12k. The max win was 2k which is what they paid me. I raised a stink and had to tag them on the other forum as scammers as I feel that the bet shouldn't have been accepted if it was above the limit. So I felt like they owed me the full amount.

Long story short I ended up getting 5k in total over it and was asked to remove the trust. Was a situation where arguing any longer wasn't gonna get me more, so take the 3k or lose the 3k. I took it.

Wow, that sounds like a frustrating experience, but I'm glad you managed to get something out of it at least. It’s a good reminder to always check the terms and house limits before going all in on any game.
As for me, I’ve had a few instances where my winnings were delayed, mostly due to issues with account verification. Each time, it took some back-and-forth with customer support, but eventually, everything was sorted out.
And it is so advisable to check the legitimacy of the casino website before placing the bet.
Checking the terms and limits is advised, but my main argument was the casino accepted the bet. If the casino accepts the bet, they should pay in full. Just made no sense IMO.

Gambling discussion / Re: Would you sell your Winning Strategy!
« on: April 17, 2024, 12:44:37 PM »
Any strategy fails in the long run, so essentially you are trying to profit from something that will lead to others misfortune. If you are ok with someone getting screwed over your strategy, then sell away. If you have a conscience, then don't sell.

If you genuinely want to help others make a few bucks and think your strat will help, share it and if they make money maybe they'll tip you. Don't expect anything though

General Discussion / Re: Do you think the earth is flat?
« on: April 16, 2024, 05:06:24 PM »
If the Earth is round, is anything actually flat? Is a plateau a real thing? You could literally question just about anything in existence and have a legitimate argument without ever being completely right or wrong.

People who are addicted are going to do anything thats possible to be able to gamble day after day. Lie, steal, cheat, or whatever. Nothing is out of the realm of possible.

Forum related / Re: Should reputation follow you here?
« on: April 14, 2024, 12:38:09 PM »
Being as users teleport their accounts, we know that they are the same person from the other forum. Why shouldn't their reputation follow them? If they wanted a fresh start, why wouldn't they just make a new account, new username, and leave that name in the past?
Unless your offence in bitcointalk was something not very serious, something you could learn from, I will still be careful with you. If you were banned from bitcointalk for issues like scamming etc, that is something that I do not think people easily learn from and as such will advise other forum members here to be careful of you based on your reputation from Bitcointalk. If it were other issues like plagiarism and use of AI, it is possible that a defaulter from Bitcointalk may have learnt their lesson, but they still need to be put under observation because some people never learn.
I don't think that cheaters will change just because they got caught elsewhere, but until they commit the offence here I wouldn't give them too hard a time. I wouldn't go outta my way to hire them for much, but I don't have an issue with them being here.

Forum related / Re: You have received -1 Negative Karma
« on: April 13, 2024, 09:41:15 AM »
            -  You did it well op, the only thing I noticed here in this forum when you are given negative karma is that you can redeem it or get it removed again through the points that we will pay to the admin, and something that is not there in the other forum platform.

Second, those who give positive and negative karma are also anonymous, while on the other side we can see who gave the karma, then I'm just not sure if there is a way to recover the negative karma on the other side, but it seems like there isn't but here there is on this platform https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=657.0
True depending on the offense. I try not to involve myself in activities where I would have to worry about negative trust or karma though. In the long run it's not worth it.

General Discussion / Re: What do you do in your free time?
« on: April 13, 2024, 06:30:59 AM »
I like to binge watch TV shows. NCIS, Bull, Sopranos, Game of Thrones etc. Takes up hours of time and costs nothing except whatever I pay to stream.

If there were more campaigns and competition between payrates, there might be a use for this tool. I don't really think anyone is going to risk their spot in a campaign at this point though.

Signature Campaigns / Re: Winz.io Sig and Avatar campaign(PAUSE)

Everyone should be paid now, sorry for the delay. Let's hope the campaign resumes in a week or so. You are all free to remove your sigs and try to get a spot in a different campaign if they have openings.
