Possible bug count post

In my local section there is a member that wrote news about cryptocurrencies.

I notice that everytime he wrote a news about them , the forum doesn't count any post that he wrote but counts points for the post that he wrote :o.
Cryptocurrency news section is not a general section.

Maybe is there a bug in my section?
