Yes I posted it in the referral section but it was transferred to trash, I don't know why, can I update or write more about the referral post again without getting banned

Maybe it is because your post dont meet the requirements. Write more about the project and maybe add some image.

Here are the rules:
1- Put more info about the project you are referring!
2- Put a link to their youtube video if they have one!
3- Put an image of their roadmap, or whatever other image they have / even a logo!
4- No link shortners.
