Bitcoin is the King of cryptocurrenc.  Bitcoin is the best of the all coin. All stable coins cost as much as their normal currency, which they provide. Scales are provided by many currencies of states and its value will be equal to the approximate value of these currencies.

In my opinion, it is silly and pointless to compare Bitcoin and the non-existent Libra. Libra, if ever released, is a regular stablecoin, of which there are already hundreds. It will actually have signs of the common currencies of the states with which it will be backed, but it will work on blockchain technology. It is not even a full-fledged cryptocurrency, much less decentralized.
