Almost all the crypto coins are going down regularly why and on what time it go to high becasue from last 4 years crypto market is stable and this will not make a new high in the market. What is the main reason?

For now, April 18th. I think bitcoin is going down. I think It is the reason.why almost all of crypto currencies are going down. Because bitcoin is trend centre. I hope the market will green again and we can enjoy the investment again.
