Why user activity not increasing ?

thus activity increases till it reaches a point where you need to fulfill other requirements so that your rank increase

requirements for rank increase depend on different factors - depending on the rank you have reached
here's the main ones:
- Post count
- Registration date
- Time active on forum
- Karma

I already faced such problem when my account age not meet minimum requirements of age .but now I can post and activities unceasing.

Karma degrade points number. If get negative karma then point degrade.

On why user activity is not increasing, well if you ask me I would say that the reasons are very simple and the reasons could be as follows, making useless and unimportant post and also a generals going against the rules and regulations of the forum.
