What would your opinion be if there was a specific organization overseeing a new project (that would do an ICO, IEO or something like that) so that the new project could be screened and audited (according to that organization's requirements) to qualify for a public sale.  Your opinion is very necessary.

Nothing guarantees that a regulatory body can do its best to combat fraud in an ICO or an IEO.
I have heard that crypto police have done this, but until now I have not seen any updates from them. If there is a government agency that supervises a new ICO project, then the project has to pass several requirements mechanisms so as not to harm many parties and most importantly is the project does not end in fraud.

The idea can be a good one to pursue and which I think in my opinion can really be helping many people especially those who are just new to the cryptocurrency industry. We can greatly minimize risks if there can be an organization working this way. However, we know that many platforms are advertising-sponsored or supported so that they can be closing their eyes in exchange for money. This is the big problem. In other words, there is even no self-regulation here unlike other established industries where big and small players are working together for the cause of making their industry not be ridden by scams. Here, we are living in a dog-eat-dog competition. I am really hoping something like this can be in reality soon.

Obviously, of course there must be a regulation that regulates it so that it cannot be used as money laundering, even though it is difficult, the state will determine policies that can reduce this fraud. nothing can stop people from cheating but if the regulations were in place at least people would think about doing it.

IEO is the secure way to invest on new projects as there is chance to get refunds from that exchange if that project can't develop more or on its way to scam. That's the reason for crypto users to invest on IEO based project, but even some projects disappear after listing on that exchange which is really sad moment for investors. So, better to select the right one after researching.

It's just because of the bull run of bitcoin and more alts were bloody. Not only this, there was report about that greed is on top level on crypto and market trend is bullish. So, none can speculate or choice the right alts for their hodling.

Sorry if this is considered just a delusion.  But what if the agency or organization previously collaborated with several exchanges, so a new project that wants to conduct an IEO on the market must pass the requirements to move forward.  Of course we still remember the project held by BM "The crypto" the project is doing IEO on vindax, look what happens now.  I was part of a bounty hunter who promoted the project through social media and until now I have not received the results of my hard work.

While there isn't much of a scam under the guise of IEOs, that will definitely worry some investors and this is definitely not a good thing.

This, of course, would be nice, because there are too many scam cryptocurrency companies and something needs to be done about it, and it would be nice if such organizations would check cryptocurrency companies which want to sell cryptocurrencies, but I don't think that we will see this in the near future, therefore, for now, we need to study each cryptocurrency company in which we want to invest.

I have thought before because if the organization exists, the percentage of opportunities for scam projects will be reduced and there will be more quality projects that will provide profits for investors. So far, we have faced several projects that caused many investors to suffer losses due to scam projects

What kind of organization? Who are they? Are they paid organization? I don't think this will work so easy this is decentralized it is different from the difference in how we introduce the crypto world to tthe people around us. And now is the time for us to tell how to pick the right projcte.

I'm pretty sure there are many of them out there like crypto police but nothing had happen. Also whether there will be a special team commitment to that the situation will still remain because blockchain is free for all and decentralized. That is why we can't expect that all will be subject to it.

Crypto police only catch something that has happened, it is different if there is a special organization because it will be able to prevent fraud crimes in the crypto world, although not 100%, at least it can reduce the bad impact.  I hope there is a middle ground between freedom and order.

New coins have become very popular all over the world. People are showing interest in working or joining new organizations. Because there is a lot of work demand. The popularity of any coin is further enhanced by the increase in human traffic. So any new project can be much more profitable to run IEO on a good exchange.

If you're refering to defi sector, than no doubt about that. But ico/ieo is now only historical things as more dex are appearing with great liquidition and without any middleman/centralized exchange, any projects can do IDO ( Initial Dex Offering) on uniswap or auction on bounce which is growing more and more. So, it's the new era of IDO, imo.
