I want to hear your opinion on this, 'Anyone that cannot handle a 40% deeps does not deserve a 300% gains.' wailers and weakhands are often so loud whenever the market is in a bear session, however they become mute when bulls are in control

Yup, this is basically the case!

For example with Bitcoin if you bought around $10K or below, then the idea of a 35% correction from $40K to $30K means very little, as you are still up by 200%+, like many users here I imagine. That's not a proper direction of investment. Now market red and if I invest now then in future market again green. Hence I can get something better profits. I already profited when I invested in red market.

It's exactly what it is, but I don't believe in this theory that if you can't handle a 40% loss, then you don't deserve a 300% profit shit, in the money market, there are different kinds of people and this set tagged as wailer contribute in one way or the other to the success or the market.
Just like our faces are different, so it our behavior and reaction to things, that you are a strong holder doesn't necessarily mean that everyone should become a strong holder like you, and that you dont make noise when the market drops doesn't not mean those who make noise are less humans, we are all living within our means and what happens to sit well with one person might not sit well with another, we should learn to respect this fact.
