It is clear that investors and wholesalers as well as companies that hold bitcoin will be able to control the price of bitcoin because of their ability to hold large enough bitcoins.

I am not seeing a correlation here and most likely just a coincidence. However, right now, Elon Musk is given such a strong influence by the whole cryptocurrency market so whatever he is saying and doing that has connection with cryptocurrency can have some good or bad effect on the market. But we know that soon Elon Musk and his influence will wane and the market can get back to normal. This is just another exciting episode of Bitcoin and will surely go down as part of its very colorful and pulsating history.
