Upgrade Rig

I am planning on putting together a GPU Mining Rig finally...

However, I would like to start with 1 GPU and then after a month or two I would add a GPU and keep adding GPU's 1 at a time.

The Asus B250 Mining Expert appears to be the most recommended Motherboard however I have also read they require specific card layouts, would this be a problem as I add in a 2nd ,3rd, 4th GPU 1 at a time?

Otherwise what Motherboard would be recommended for this?
