I have asked several my friend about this problem. I think Ethereum gas will go down. They believed after Ethereum 2.0 launch completely, I think this problem will be solved. That's my opinion.

Of course, transaction fees will go down, but that won't happen until July. And that should put Ethereum developers to shame. I find it very sad that they leave their users abandoned, especially those who are not rich, because those with a lot of funds don't care about commissions, but those with few tokens are worried about trying to make a profit.

Ethereum 2.0 is still a long way to go. Apparently, this will not happen this year. However, according to Buterin, transaction fees on the ethereum network should drop and bounce back in July after reaching a hard fork called London. Therefore, we need to wait a few more months. Hopefully after July, the ethereum price will rise very sharply.

The value of the other coins/tokens does not affect that Ethereum's transaction fees are so high, that just depends on Ehtereum and the demand in the market. I think it's a predictable problem, so I don't understand why Ethereum developers are going to take so long (until July 2021) to fix it. I no longer know whether to think if this happened involuntarily or not...

Etherium's gas free is much lower today than it was the other day. I think Ethereum's gas free will be reduced again.A few days ago there was a huge increase in Ethereum’s gas free but already a decline again.I think Ethereum's gas will be reduced in the future.

Everybody would benefit from lower gas fees at the moment all projects relying on eth blockchain are suffering high gas fees and projects are migrating to more competetive blockcahins like binance side chain ... ETH 2.0 will solve this
