BSC Unique addresses keeps rising

There are now over 64 million total distinct addresses as of April 2021 according to this data (daily increase is over 100 thousand).

Such an impressive growth but it wasn't like that in the beginning. The numbers really took off starting February 2021 with the highest daily increase of over 6.5 million recorded last March 2, 2021.

Some people will always criticize BSC because it's associated with CZ and centralization but regular crypto users doesn't seem to care now. I guess most people prefer paying 5 gwei (current gas price on BSC) instead of +/- 100 gwei (you know where this is )

Thus was because of it was made by Binance which makes it more popular but also a sort of centralized in a way. People are using for such a low fee but i don't think this will last in the long term because most of the projects are there for just ,aking without any real use cases. These projects are good for big profit in a short time which makes them popular.

Reading from CZ's tweets, he claims he wasn't really involved in the actual development. Some developer introduced it to him and he liked it. The rest is history. The centralization argument comes from the fact that there only 21 validators nodes running the BSC.

Aren't you mixing the blockchain (BSC) with BEP20 projects? How will it not last because there are some weak projects launched on it? Remember that there were thousands of dead ERC20 projects but Ethereum is still here.
