Payouts for Influencers Subgovernance (Proposal)

This proposal was created to solve the problem that arose after @Artanovskaya and @Vic_ageev stole the entire balance of the Influencers Subgovernance wallet.

Since December, Artanovskaya did not get in touch with any of the working initial members of Subgovernance, arguing that her relatives are sick with coronavirus and she is forced to go and take care of them, and therefore she will rarely be in touch. A month later, she began to enter the jury of various Subgovernance, and she did not respond to requests to answer what was happening. Suspecting something was wrong, we began to check all the facts and found out that six people (and this is how much is needed to get 50 + 1%) in Subgovernance are employees of her company.

Moreover, 4 of these members are fictional (multi-accounts), so Artanovskaya initially had control over the withdrawal of Influencers Subgovernance funds.

Not to mention the fact that they did not have a single suggestion, not a single topic on the forum, and no one saw them in the chats either. Only Artanovskaya and Viktor Ageev are real people.

During the four months of the existence of Influencers Subgovernance, they did not make any proposal, did not participate in the work of the SG and were in fact a minority and did not have to slow down the work of Influencers Subgovernance or somehow influence the voting. At the same time, the smart contract for voting was changed by us and the decision to accept proposal was made not by the initiates, but by all judges, consisting of 25 people, which completely eliminates the element of collusion or corruption.

Thanks to this, we were able to accept several contests and start full-fledged work.

On March 26 (https://forum.freeton.org/t/influencers-subgovernance-update-proposal-member-removing-passed/9597), Artanovskaya filed a proposal for self-rejection from the Influencers Subgovernance, while taking out three more of her employees (https://forum.freeton.org/t/influencers-subgovernance-update-proposal-member-removing-part-2-passed/9599).

All the jury voted in favor of their self-rejection, after which changes were made to the contract for voting up to 21 people and it was necessary to switch to the new Influencers Subgovernance multisig wallet, since the withdrawn members continued to have the right to sign. When she approached Artanovskaya to sign the transaction for transfer to a new wallet, she stated that her server was hacked and access to the seed was lost. She had a falling out with her employees and therefore they could not sign the transaction either. We created a transaction for five days, but she did not sign it and after seven days she stole this money.

Since Influencers Subgovernance has no money in the wallet, we ask the Main Gov to assist in paying for all the work done by Influencers Subgovernance.

Influencers Subgovernance together with a jury of 25 people was accepted four contest : Free Ton Article Contest, Proof of Love, Traders Contest, Holders Contest were held for which payments must be made.

In this regard, we are asking Main Governance to pay prizes to contest participants, judges working for these contests and for initial members working for 4 months without payment.

Выплаты для Influencers Subgovernance (Пропоузал)

Данный пропозал создан для решения проблемы, которая возникла после того, как @Artanovskaya и @Vic_ageev украли весь баланс кошелька Influencers Subgovernance.

Артановская с декабря месяца не выходила на связь ни с кем из работающих инишиалов Subgovernance, мотивируя это тем, что у нее заболели родственники короновирусом и она вынуждена ехать и ухаживать за ними, и по этому она редко будет на связи. Через месяц она начала входить в жюри различных Subgovernance, а на просьбы ответить, что происходит, просто не отвечала. Заподозрив неладное мы начали проверять все факты и выяснили, что шесть человек(а именно столько нужно для получения 50+1%) в Subgovernance являются работниками ее фирмы. Пруф выше в англ варианте.

И более того, 4 из этих членов являются вымышленными (мультиаками), таким образом Артановская изначально имела контроль над выводом средств Influencers Subgovernance.

Не говоря уже о том, что у них не было ни одного предложения, ни одной темы на форуме и в чатах их тоже никто не видел. Реальными людьми являются только Артановская и Виктор Агеев.

Которые за четыре месяца существования Influencers Subgovernance не сделали ни одного предложения, не участвовали в работе саба и фактически были меньшинством и не должны были тормозить работу Influencers Subgovernance или как то влиять на голосование. При этом смарт-контракт по голосованию был нами изменен и решение о принятии пропоузалов принималось не инишиалами, а всеми судьями в составе 25 человек, что полностью исключает элемент сговора или коррупции.

Благодаря этому мы смогли принять несколько контестов и начать полноценную работу.

26 марта Артановская подала заявление на выход из Influencers Subgovernance выведя при этом еще троих своих работников 1. Все жюри проголосовало за их вывод, после чего были сделаны изменения в контракте по голосованию до 21 человека и необходимо было перейти на новый мультисиг валлет Influencers Subgovernance, поскольку вышедшие члены продолжали иметь право подписи. При обращении к Артановской подписать транзакцию для перевода на новый кошелек она заявила, что у нее взломан сервер и утерян доступ к сиид, Она поссорилась со своими работниками и по этому они подписать транзакцию тоже не могут. Мы создавали транзакцию пять дней, но она ее не подписывала и через семь дней просто украла эти деньги.

Поскольку денег на счету у Influencers Subgovernance нет, мы просим Main Gov оказать содействие в оплате всей работы проделанной Influencers Subgovernance.

Influencers Subgovernance приняли совместно с жюри в составе 25 человек и провели четыре конкурса Free Ton Article Contest, Proof of Love, Traders Contest, Holders Contest по которым необходимо сделать выплаты.

В связи с этим мы обращаемся с просьбой к Main Governance оплатить призы участникам контестов, судьям работающим по этим конкурсам и инишиалам работающим 4 месяца без оплаты.

I saw how ALEX on the FREE TON forum suggested a more careful selection of candidates, but it would not be bad to come up with some other protection methods at the software level.
