for me personally, it is day trading that is the kind of trading for which you need to have a lot of experience and and and flair. And trading for a longer period is practically the same investment, but only for a short period. For me personally, it is investments that are more profitable, because it gives me an appropriate income and saves my personal time.

It is true that since last year bitcoin has changed from a long-term to a short-term investment. with active price movements it is clear that it is great for day trading. but please understand that there should also be experience in working like day trading.
indeed, doing daily trading is very profitable, because we know that bitcoin can make a significant difference in price and of course it is clear that if it is used as well as possible it can produce the best.

but if you are not familiar with day trading there is also nothing wrong with making long-term investments, it is true that you say that day trading clearly requires sufficient time to continue monitoring. if there is no time it is clear that long-term investments are equally profitable. but the results obtained will also remain high because the price of bitcoin is already high.

I think investment is long time deposit it may staking or it may deposit to your wallet. For this you don't require a large knowledge about the market just need a basic knowledge about the market. One the other hand you can earn crypto from trading but there need to large knowledge about the market for getting a large benefit. I still to Invest in long term than trading even though I must have been tempted to trade once in a while just to get the hang of it and I believe I can be good at it with more trades but I most definitely like to go with investing which is less stressful but even though both can be profitable.

Crypto trading requires a lot of capital and it takes a lot of time to make a profit. There is no daily profit that can be obtained quickly. Like you said investment and trading are lucrative, there are both beneficial but there have differences. Investment seems to be more easy because all you gats do is to make research about the project buy and hodl, while in trading you have to gather much knowledge about the market so as to know when to jump in and out of the market, and also trading is much more risky than investment.

Holding some coins/tokens is safer and you don't need to have any trading skills, that is true, but it is not a guarantee that we will make a profit. If we do not have enough patience between one cycle and the next, we will lose our investment, so I think that holding is good if things are very clear and we do not get scared easily, otherwise it could be our bankruptcy.

I love both trading and investing in the cryptocurrency market.  Because both trading and investing are very profitable.  However, to work on these two, you must have a good knowledge of the cryptocurrency market.  If you do not have a good knowledge of the cryptocurrency market.  Then it will be really difficult for you to make money from these two.
