How to buy Bitcoin in countries that do not have payment services

My problem is the opposite, meaning it is not the government that bans electronic payment services on the Internet or exchanges, but the opposite is true, meaning that it is payment services and exchanges that ban my country, Syria.

Here the problem is more complicated, because even if you use a VPN you will not be able to transfer money from the bank to buy Bitcoin or convert Bitcoin into cash, so the only method available to us in my country here is P2P.

Brother, in the case of Syria, it is very hard to use not just financial services, but many other different kinds of websites too (except I guess social media), because they similarly block countries like Syria and Iran, Cuba, etc.

There might be Facebook or Telegram groups where there are people buying and selling bitcoins locally - I don't know any myself, but you can check them out.

Alternatively, you might be able to use a decentralized platform like Bisq or Robosats. You transfer some money from your bank to someone else's bank in another country (just be careful not to deal with western countries) and you will get some crypto in return.

America and Western governments believe that they are punishing the Syrian regime, but in reality they are punishing us for no reason.

Anyway, yes, I use a reliable Telegram group that I used to work with for years, and they are good, reliable guys who buy and sell Bitcoin and stablecoins in exchange for the local currency.

Not sure what is working for your country, but have you tried using Noones.com p2p exchange?
I don't see Syria in the list of restricted countries and they don't have any kyc verification for up to $700 daily trading.

I asked their support for this and they sent me link I posted below, than I found Syria there.
This is not my suggestion but there is no strict kyc there, so there is a chance you could still use it partially with vpn or tor browser.

I think best solution is for more people to adopt crypto in your country.

It is miracle they even allowed people to use internet services in this situation, and you need to have internet for bitcoin payments.
I don't know if this is true, but I heard some people are using services from Turkey as one of bordering countries, but this is not exactly legal and by the book.
