Practically, I have learnt two lessons from the year 2023.
1. The act of patience before investment - ideally, we as crypto ethusiast keep advising that DYOR Is always important for project both for new and old. Well, I happened to do my own research, but i later realized that my research wasn't enough, as the project i invested in went in the negative direction. I guess the mindset of FOMO can affect anyone. I really lacked the patience to wait after doing my research.

2. Again, as we always say: 'Not your keys, Not your Bitcoin'. I couldn't find the seed phrase of the trust wallet i created while buying some Doge last year. I thought it would be necessary to put them in a new wallet since i was making purchase in large amount. Though, i wrote the keys down, but i just couldn't find the book or the exact page it was written. Omo. I guess all these errors and flops are part of what gives us experience, so we won't repeat same mistake. 2023 Sha dey tough somehow ooh.

Although me never too witness any bad thing for this cryptospace but as woman I be, I dey always try my best to make sure say I no fall victim of things I dey read here make e only end say I dey read people past experience so the thing come push me not to give attention to altcoin even though e dey pump to million Naira make i no follow because e fit be trap for you wey no sabi how the market dey function so, e go better I space then focused only in bitcoin to have a secure investment.

Let me Yan my own, last year I go sell Bitcoin for Binance wey crry about #1.8 millions naira, and when I place the first order di guy pm me and said make slide down di price so him go pay or him go cancel am omen I waste time oh I tell shey make cancel do transaction, and in sharp he cancelled m another guy the same the 3rd guy sef na di same. So finally I come go sell am as #1.5m  and I lost 200k# worth of Bitcoin so I come create thread on top for here nai sir Igebotz tell me say make create dispute with am next time so na so I dey prepare for that kind transaction again. Well, I have had so many experiences in the crypto space that have taught me a lesson. Some years ago, I usually followed the advice of my friends to invest in some altcoins because the price was very cheap, and as a result, I ended up wasting my money on so many altcoins that are just lifeless in my wallet today. During that time, I always felt that if coins are cheap and you buy some billions of them, if the price just pumps a little, I can make a huge profit, but those coins did not really pump. The lesson learned is that it's never wise to follow the crypto investment ideas of other people without doing your own personal research. The reason why I don't usually invest in altcoins today is because there are so many shitcoins, and you can't know which one will be very profitable.

Another lesson learned was from features trading, which is very risky and more risky if you don't actually know the basics of trading features. You can just get liquidated in a few minutes.

Back then would have focus on DYORBut my mindset was that cryptocurrencies was all about getting rich quick scheme (what a childish mindset) But now I'm avoiding any such project now w even when my friends send me any link I go just delete am asap.

Because I con think am sey if nah sey I keep those money 💰 I waste For those scam project I for duh use am do better thing now. Even they invest for this upcoming bullish run.

Last year was another year wey scammers storm di internet at the middle of the year with their Ponzi Schemes. Many people fall for it and some of them wey come to me to explain di stuff, I told them not to invest but they refused and see the result at the end. Me I don learn my lesson since since 2022 so dem no fit lure me again. And one thing I discovered from those wey dey invest in such project na because dem no dey work and dem need to make money so dt dem can live well. And also dem what to make money sharp sharp.

I have learnt a  big lesson 2023 on how not to allow my emotions rule me when it comes to crypto currency trading. I made a very big mistake that almost seem to me as of I was dreaming then. My brother there is this coin I had last year and it did very well while it was pumping, I was advised to sell it but I paid Def ears to the advice until the coin crashed. I was thinking it would pump more than that price so the thought of hodle came in and I forgot it were it is only for me to check back some few days and found out I too crashed drastically. I could not hold myself. I accepted it that I made a mistake and moved on. If I had sold out that coin, I could have done something big then but now I accepted what happened in fate and I am no more than emotional with my assets. I take proactive measures now as I have learnt my lesson in the hard way.

brother this your experience dey very prevailing for many of us and our experiences with P2P payments because majority of the time, those buyers want to play over your intelligence, their will list a very high offer, and when you pick them for the transaction, they will either pm you to Bagan another price or the system will just tell you that there have been price changes and you need to readjust to the new price.

Before you know it, you will see a different price aside from the frontline listed price, mostly this always happens with high volume order such like the one you mentioned.

Good to know that you have learn your lesson from your own experience, sometimes it better to learn the lesson by yourself to have better understanding of the mistakes and how to avoid future reoccurrence.

wrong timing for your buddy i guess he was just following those twitter chart drawinng pages, who offers nothing but fake TA to create FUD, well most Bitcoin EFT inflows came in a week after the Bitcoin EFT approval and since then price has been going up. well i cant blame him as most of us been think say the price go skyrocket too but the bitcoin wasnt confidence on this one as the SEC don too disappoint many times in the past. SEC deleting the official reports after the EFT approval on their page also created FUD and drag the price down.

To cut the story short na after another two weeks, I come see the book for where I keep. Immediately na e I make two duplicates sharperly come keep them safe. So na big lesson I learn say make we handle important thing immediately and not to prolong am because he fit become regret later.

That's very true because it seems that almost all the prediction from these supposed experts or big whales end up being another way round and that's why it's very important to actually make your own research rather than taking anyone word for their prediction of the price. Bitcoin is a volatile assest and this makes it almost impossible to actually predict its price so believe me when I say this na my lesson because I know you ye crazy things wey I for don do if actually person dey really follow these predictions from these people.
