Has nothing to do with Nigeria or Nigerians it's just way of Binance trying to create FUD about the Solana network, poeple has been using the Solana network more than the BNB network so they are afraid Solana might have more market cap than BNB.

This is not the usual case of the Solana network going off and on and failing to validate transactions. Na jealousy just dey worry den. See the nonsense reason they gave.

The Solana network has always been this way- always congested cause it's one of the most used Network because of it's cheap fees and fast validation. No be Nigeria matter, nothing concern Nigeria concern Solana congestion and besides what most Nigerian Sabi na Bitcoin and Tron Network. You go hardly see any  Nigerian dey use the Solana or Polygon network withdrawal coins except the OGs and we no plenty like that.

  My explanation might not satisfied you but when you use it then you will confirm it by yourself. But I will try small. OKX is the name of the exchange and you get it from Google Apps Store. And before you download it make you have a National ID Card, or Drivers License or Passport or any the above. And whatever you are using make such it has back and front and if it doesn't then you can't complete the registration. And the price rate is very good and high. In fact I prefer it to Binance. Because Binance vendors negotiate when you are selling big amount but when you selling in OKX they pay according to their tag price though some would like to price but not all at the front page.

And that is one of the caused of Nigeria dealing with Binance by putting an amount that they would not pay to sellers and just to manipulate or inflate the price of dollar. You mean to say sellers advertise a certain price e.g N1500 and once you click he try to sell to you at a reduced price in the chat box? You gotta report that spammer.

The only chat I respond to is " drop your active number" or " give me another receiving bank" "please try and release after payment" that's all.

Solana network downtime causes by binance isn't Nigerians fault, that's how interconnected the world of cryptocurrency. And let's be remind that as crypto continue to grow incident like  this would likely occurs. But no be compulsory to trade with such merchants wey no dey straight forward and dey decieve people with high price for exchange rate, whereas them no go fit pay am. You go shun them, look for a serious merchant or report them, because already Binance don say make you make sure say the price wey them put for Naira to pay you, na e make you collect. Then why na different price them won come pay, I see them as scammers and unserious traders.

They are scammers in the sense that dem dey put a price tag wey dem no fit pay. But if you lower the price to their negotiation amount dem go pay so they are 50/50 in scamming and in truth. And you go see those guys at the first page of Binance for p2p. And me I have encountered dem twice in Binance and once in OKX but if you no dey sell big amount you mo go see them oh. It is only when you dey sell like 0.5 or 0.7 that dem go negotiate with you but if you dey sell small amount dem dey pay straight.
