Too Many New Topics on Altcoins & Cryptocurrencies Discussions?

Currently, I see too many new topics on Altcoins & Cryptocurrencies discussions: https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?board=48.60. Have you checked it, friends? I think some topics seem suspicious. I've analyzed when they posted the topics, I found the time interval was only about a few seconds. I'm really curious about this. What do you think about it?

And the topic was made by same users

Currently Hawkeye got -1 karma
And when I look at AntNail profile he average 15 post a day and all of this was in Altcoins discussion and was a topic not a replies. I think admin must something to do with post restrictions
