So many businesses, organizations and establishments are closed and shut down due to either bankruptcy, or poor income because the owners are lacking behind in one way or the other. Before opening a business, you must have some experience and ideas on it, and also do some research about it, so your business won't collapse with time. Because if you don't have solid plans and foundation your business won't grow and it will collapse.

Although, self confidence could also be considered to a double edge sword in some cases.
On the one hand,  self confidence is a very essential tool that helps us to take risks and push beyond our limits, which can greatly contribute to our personal growth, self development and success.
While on the other hand, too much self confidence could often result to complacency, pride and lack of awareness, which can prevent us from acknowledging and addressing our innermost weaknesses.
