Is not easy to find a good ICO in bounty campaign maybe sometimes kidding or joking but for me to determine a GOOD ICO is just to research in a whitepapet if these ICO is affiliated in the campaign handling and also searh the name into internet access so that the files of ICO will be seen and trusted of there requirements.

I always think that there are many ICOs that are fraudulent, but there are also ICOs that still exist for parameters, now it's difficult because the project appraisal for each ICO is different and not always a prospect of success.
