No end to many ICOs. Why?

Yes, the number of ico makes many projects that are not optimal at the time of sale. investors don't need an ico project that doesn't have quality. I think it needs restrictions in terms of creating an ico project.

This happens due to unfavorable market conditions and they are not able to get buyers for their projects and their targets are not met in time so they are extending it. If they are not able to get targeted amount, how they can run their project and how we will get benefits.

I think that the reason why many ICO project don't end is that some people are afraid of investing in the new ico project because of many encounter they had from the other projects that actually turn to scam, this contributed failure of the new ico project.

I think the Ico project will always be there as long as there are better requests and products from the previous project.

I think that on first place is bear market but on second place is that investors don't trust ICOs anymore because of too much scam

I additionally don't agree if we have a tendency to are prohibited from finance within the ICO.

ICO is a project, so I think it's normal if the project is delayed / even fails. because the problem that often occurs is the problem of costs and investors. as you say, Softcap and even hardcap. if it turns out that the ICO project  not be in accordance with the Roadmap it will be disrupted.

The popularity of ICOs is decreasing due to many fake teams, low quality of products, too many competitors, and very cheap prices of ICO tokens. But in contrary, there are still many new ICOs launched by developers. Actually it is not surprising since people are always greedy to earn money.

I really don't understand why many ICo's are not ended yet and some keep extending the dates. Some ICo's have been on for almost a year, I guess it's the market conditions that is causing it.

Some people have advised to invest on top coins and avoid for new coins. I think it is reasonable for the safety reason. And the investors follow the suggestions.
