DO NOT miss out on waves, it's always smart to diversify your portfolio.
The percentage of waves in your portfolio is your choice, but make sure you have them.
I'm currently 60% in Waves, with the rest being mostly ETH and some promising ICOs.

Completely different projects with different goals , both have massive potential.
Very hard to say which is "better", considering the fundamental differences.
I am a Waves hodl-er so I would tell you to get as much Waves as possible, but it is never a bad idea to diversify.

You cant "abolish" a cryptocurrency.
ETH will hold value as long as people consider it valuable, and that is not changing soon.
Waves IS the future, ETH is ain't going anywhere.

Most people in crypto right now are in it for the gold rush, and that's completely understandable, we all love making money.
The problem is they don't care what will make them RICH longterm, instead they are only interested what will make them rich now!
That's why you see all these successful scam running rampant.
Waves has a bright future, only way for it to crash is to go down with the whole crypto-market, and we all hope(know!) that wont happen.

No one knows, the whole crypto-market is directly linked to stability(instability) of Bitcoin.
The correct question is how will Waves preform relative to Bitcoin?
If you ask me, I would tell you favorably, but thats just me.
