With the recent development of various in-App tapping games with rewards in tradeable tokens like the recently launched NotCoin and the anticipation of other similar games hosted on telegram yet to be launched, Telegram has become more profitable than all other chat Apps I've used.

Apart from tapping to mine crypto gaming tokens, are there other profitable engagements one can be involved with on Telegram that can help boost earning an extra income? I'll be glad to read your recommendations.
If this become a successful for the chat App Telegram, this might attract many more crypto users that aren't using Telegram at first.
Yes, we know that the platform has many users already, and in fact, if I remember correctly, there are about 800 Million users on the platform so that's a huge community.

TBH, I'm not updated with how to get that NOT coin even though I'm seeing it on a daily basis on Facebook, I completely ignored it. Now that NOT has been launched, I expect more in the upcoming years to come. The only problem is that, many people will look Telegram as a way for them to earn income rather than a messaging APP. That's how investors think. Money before everything. :D

Campaign managers may answer this better than anyone but whoever wants to add their points are welcome!
I think the reason is that, they are getting enough results on Bitcointalk alone already that they don't bother launching a signature campaign here as well.

It would be good if those campaign managers that manages casino signature campaigns in Bitcointalk could talk to the company and ask if they want to promote it here as well. Maybe the amount of users is one reason (although we've seen a significant increase in active users). Traffic is another reason why we aren't seeing right now.

Maybe advertising here would mean losses for the company hence, they aren't trying to be promoted here. Overall, I don't think that they will really come here.

Re: What's the best NFT utility you've ever seen?
The ability of these NFTs to give you income during 2021 is what I see as the best utility of NFT, but we know that it's long gone already... or I should say that you can still earn some bucks through playing using your NFTs, but for me it's not worth the time you spend for the amount of money that you're getting unless you're playing for entertainment only then it's a different thing.

Right now, I don't see any utilities of NFTs right now other than it being used as a requirement for a holder to gain tokens of a specific project. I can't think of anything, but there's already some projects that I saw where in order for you to be eligible for that airdrop, you need to hold a specific NFT on a specific time frame. Overall, I find this useless but overall, NFTs aren't that popular anymore. Nothing or only few communities are talking about it anymore. I guess it's just good that NFTs are still existing, or many investors are still investing in these NFT-related projects despite of it's hype being gone already.

Binance Coin (BNB) / Re: BNB prices will go up
« on: Today at 05:28:34 AM »

The government should be like that, but basically, without many people knowing, there are already many governments that understand cryptocurrency and are trying to control existing cryptocurrency. Many countries have done that. We can see one country, Singapore, which really supports cryptocurrency.
It's very good to hear that a country like Singapore supports crypto currency. governments in several countries have also started to allow crypto as an investment for their citizens, this is very good for us crypto lovers, because it will make demand higher and the price of crypto will increase.
Exactly, when demand increases it will make the price of bitcoin expensive again. As you can see currently the price of bitcoin is rising again and this is also having an influence on altcoin price movements. Hopefully this development can be accepted in all major countries in the world so that it will further increase the price of cryptocurrency.
One of the reasons for the increase in the price of BNB is Binance Launchpad where participants have to stake BNB and for some months it has been seen that Binance is frequently launching Launchpad.  Again BNB is considered by investors as a potential coin for the future and encouraged to invest in bnb for the long term. Due to this, the price of BNB is seen to increase. BNB price is expected to exceed $1000 in the future.
With the bull run expecting to happen in a few months from now, many developers will try to create a project to ride it. If they want to become popular, they need to list their token on a popular exchange as well, and what's the most popular exchange right now? It's Binance that's why expect more launchpads happening in Binance now that many are expecting for the bull run to happen.

I'm not holding too much BNB as of this moment, but if there's a new launchpad happening in the Binance platform, I just simply join it for some free money. I don't know, but I think launchpads is one of the reasons why BNB's price is increasing over time, and that's also the reason why Bitget copied it on their own platform. Overall, the project is good even though CZ isn't the CEO anymore. The company is continuously supporting new projects by giving some funds from them to start with.

Now Bitcoin in positive positions. After Bitcoin halving it was negative position but gradually it being positive. Now bitcoin price near about $67k. I think it will gradually increase and within this yeas Bitcoin price will hit minimum $120k. I strongly believe Bitcoin price correction has been passed. Now we will see Original creator of Bitcoin.
It's good that we are seeing a bit of an increase in price on all the top coins right now after that price decrease. Well, it's like what many said. Whatever goes down, goes up especially in the crypto market.

We are seeing a gradual increase on the price of Bitcoin, and it's increasing slowly on a daily basis. However, I would disagree towards what you said that it will hit $120,000 "THIS YEAR". Like you, I also believe that it will reach that price, but I don't think that it will happen this year. My prediction is it will happen at the Q1 of next year, but we've seen some unexpected events already in the crypto space - enough to say that anything is possible.

Nevertheless, it's good to see Bitcoin's price slowly increasing already. Original creator of Bitcoin? Forget about it. :)

Many people dont know how risky futures trading is. Whenever I trade, I believe I'm trading to lose. So when I see profit, I take it. Same as buying altcoins which I use a feature on Bitget call smart portfolio to automatically take profit from them.
I just hope that I have this kind of mindset when I'm still trading.
I also tried to trade in futures, but like most of the traders, I also failed and lost money on it.

Futures trading requires lots of knowledge, lots of balls, lots of capital to start, and of course, lots of skill in decision-making. It's good that most of the exchanges right now have a stop-loss/take profit option already so that you can set your stop loss or take profit. For me, that makes the trader at least a bit safer in their trades.

Meme Coins / Re: Notcoin MеМ Coins ( NOT )

But, we must once again be careful, this time, the price of Notcoin has been declining more than -50%, so this is something like hype coin and getting into shit coin again??? But, If this is a shitty coin, I am not sure because they are seriously listing in top exchanges, so, will this coin able to rise up again and reach $1?
I don't know how the investors got this token aside from airdrops, but the fact that they got it from airdrops is the main reason why the coin is down more than 50% already.

Of course, those who got it for free will sell it immediately for free money and knowing that it got listed on one of the most popular exchange right now which is Binance, they will really sell it there causing the price to go down. The question is how the coin will perform in mid to long term. I mean how the project will make some new developments in 1 year. Is the project have that huge of a community to support this meme coin because we know that meme coins are also called as "community coins".

Nevertheless, 1$ might be achievable, but it will take time, or it might not happen at all. Let's look at it after 6 months to a year. :)

As someone who likes cats I check out all Cat meme projects I come across that's how I found Catamoto. We all know that memes just thrive on hype but this one has a pretty nice foundation as a DEFI community driving launchpad project.

Still, while the project is quite promising I'm still quite skeptical since it's still a meme coin lol. If there's anyone with better knowledge about the project please tell me if it's a nice investment, thanks.
Being skeptical about a new project is pretty much normal already knowing that the risk is very high because they can just run away alongside the money that they got from the investors (well, every single project can regardless of whether it's a new one or not).

I'm not familiar about the project you shared, but can you tell us what's the reason why you find this one quite promising? It would be better if you will add some links of the website, or any social media channels of the project as well. The fact that it's also a meme coin will really increase your skepticism because many meme coins turned out to be shitcoins.

Since it's a new project, and I'm a bit conservative when it comes to my investment, I'm a bit bias and I will say that it's not a good investment at all. I might be wrong though, but I always prefer buying old and established coins than new ones. :) NFA

But i am telling again everything is possible in cryptocurrency market. So we should careful and we have to invest and trade carefully.
Thanks for the heads-up. That might help 1 or 2 newbies here.

Everything is possible, and we've seen it already. Heck, there's even a chance that we might not see Bitcoin's price reaching $100,000 on the next bull run. :D While I'm optimistic that it will happen, there's still a chance that it might not happen for some reasons. Nevertheless, we should invest at our own risk, and if you're a newbie, don't trade at all unless you're ready to lose your money in your first try because that's always what happens.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Notcoin On Binance 16th May.
« on: May 17, 2024, 06:41:20 AM »
What a fantastic news Free Telegram bot Mining Notcoin will be listed On Binance 16th May. I think ot is great news for Notcoin Minners. One side it is good news for Notcoin holders on the otherhand it is very very interesting Because Ton network supported Notcoin will be listed on Binance but Ton coin not listed on Binance yet, Very interesting.

Please discuss about Notcoin project and what will listing price. And price Prediction.
So basically, users got this coin through mining? No wonder why the coin is down 67% already ever since it got listed on Binance a few hours ago.

From 2 cents to now around half a penny. I've already heard this coin many times, but until now, I don't see its use case still. I mean I joined the launchpool as well, but the coin is basically worthless currently. Well, that scenario is pretty much common especially for those new projects. Those investors who got their free tokens will immediately sell what they got to secure the profits hence, pushing the price to go down.

Price prediction? Right now, it's too early to speak about that knowing that it has been listed a few hours ago only. Let's wait for at least a month or 2 or even more then we can predict it's price. :)

I was ready to put my money on Fury, but having some second thoughts after his rather poor performance against Ngannou.
I don't know, but basing your winner on his last fight on a non-boxer fighter is kind of off at least for me.
He's against an MMA fighter at that time, and not a full-fledged boxer so he has a huge advantage over that one.

This time, he will be up against an undefeated boxer as well who is dominating on his division. TBH, I already put my bet on Fury on this one, and also put a bet on him winning by decision.

Gambling discussion / Re: [NBA] Unofficial Discussion Thread

As it turns out, the bookies were right picking the Wolves as the favorite for game 6.

With the exception of Gordon and Jokic, the Nuggets team were out there throwing bricks. Down by as many as 50? Nobody would expect a score line like that and, if not for their good team reputation, some would think they threw this game for a game 7.
I already knew that the Nuggets will not try to go all-out and will defeat the Wolves on the road, but to lose by that much? Losing by 10 is almost understandable for me, but to lose by 40+ points and to score only 70 points the whole game?

I think this is the lowest score of the Nuggets in the history of playoffs. They beat their lowest score a few years ago which is 80. Right now, where many players are scoring more, 70 points can be scored by any team in 2 quarters alone. In the whole 4th quarter, they only scored 9 points. I don't know, but it's their performance is a bit disappointing. Ever since that 27-5 run by the Wolves at the start of the first quarter, they didn't look back already, and maintained their double-digit lead all throughout the game.

Anyway, Game 7 will be on Denver, and I will go all-in on my bets on the Nuggets. :D

Basic Questions about Cryptos / Re: Are Bitcoins a good investment?

Re: Are Bitcoins a good investment?
Thread has been created 4 years ago, but there's still a question until now regarding Bitcoin being a good investment.
Hmmm, I think it will depend on your decisions. It depends on 2 scenarios.

1. If you risked your money and bought it during the bear market, in a few years, you will make your money hence, you will say that it's a good investment, right?
2. If you followed what some investors are doing which is getting FOMOed and will buy when the price of Bitcoin is already near its peak price, you might experience losses especially when the price goes down a few days to weeks after that hence, you will say that it's a bad investment.

At the end of the day, it will all depends to what we are doing. Some can say it's a good investment. Some will say it's a bad investment. It will depend on their decisions and their experiences.

So, what makes you want to hold or add more accumulation? Are you guided by the charts alone or are there other things that you think have a big influence on Bitcoin?
Profits. Nothing more.
I mean many sees Bitcoin as an asset, and a currency as well. I see it as both, and since I see it as an asset, my main goal as an investor of it is to make money hence, I add more as soon as I see an opportunity.

Re: Halving - Do you still believe in the previous pattern?
Yes, and I've seen it 2 times already. During the 2017 bull run and the 2021 bull run.
Based on the 2 previous bull runs, it happens months before the halving event. Like what others are expecting, I also expect that it will happen this time as well in 2025.

For me, this year is still a good time for accumulating more Bitcoins, and even though the profits will decrease the more time you will wait, I believe that it you will buy this year, and will sell this year, you will still make profits in the end.

Now, it has dropped futher, I think this is because most memecoins are now getting launched on sol network and reasonable projects are getting launched on Ethereum network. Hopefully, low gas price will be due to an upgrade on the network instead of usage. But it's okay now as I spend less on gas fee. The ETH I bought on Bitget are still left in my wallet for months now due to mess fee.
I also looked on how many transactions on ETH network are being created on a daily basis, and there's no drop in it as well.
Well, it seems like we are seeing a drop in ETH gas fees indeed.

Let's see how this will be for the next months, and if this continues, this might attract new projects to build under Ethereum blockchain again instead on other blockchains. We know that there are still many users of ETH despite of its huge transaction fees. Nevertheless, this is a good sign already for the project. If this continues, for sure more and more will use Ethereum, and its gas fees will go up again. :D
