Bitcoin has experienced a moderate drop in its value but is now in an uptrend mode. The current market situation has provided  a buying opportunity after last year's bearish market situation. You might be buying high now but you are buying at a value. One can make good profit before it goes back to the low. Do you agree?

I'm not so sure, I think it depends how much Bitcoin you already have. If you don't have any, then you should probably get some already imho.
If you already have quite a bit, then you might want to consider sellings profits on any trading positions like others are doing.
I think swing traders are currently selling their profits to hodlers at the moment, which is good, but means lower prices will come.

Don't rush, because there is a possibility that the market will rise again. Also, look at it and consider the number of BTC assets that you have, the more capital, the greater the chance for profit. Be patient.

Buying Bitcoin at the price of 4000 USD and now it's still HODL, I'm sure Bitcoin will increase the price again.
I don't need to worry about Bitcoin prices because from the beginning of 2017, I had felt a loss and a profit because of the effects of Bitcoin like this in various markets.

Buying on pull backs is pretty dangerous. You always have to be on the look out. I would not recommend it but If you ever plan to do so, make sure you set a stop loss.

BTC on the uptrend, so buying when pulls back will be a good opportunity to make profit but it quite dangerous because of market uninstability and unpredictable behavior of cryptocurrency. Since April the trend was on forward movement, decreasing is very minimal.
