What is your view about the shape of the earth?

I still have the opinion that the real view of the earth is round (globe), if the earth is flat, is the moon and the sun also flat? hahaha

The most realistic example is to make sure that the Earth is round, if someone does not believe our cosmonauts and other specialists in this field, if you are on a ship in the ocean and see a counter ship, then first its top, then the middle part and then only lower. This is the evidence that the Earth is round. If it were flat, we would first see a point that would increase in size until it turned into a ship.

If I think earth is flat it doesn't matter with you because you have your own beliefs about the earth shape. The truth that I believe is flat is not flat that was my schools teaching. That is the teaching all over the world with tones of evidences provided with images from NASA and from reliable sources.

There's no way the earth is flat. It's easily provable that it isn't flat as well. Anyone who tells you otherwise is full of shit. Just take readings at different longitudes and have each person measure the angle the sun is at. Most flat earth maps are completely wrong as well, they show australia as being over two times the size it actually is. It's a complete shit show of half baked conspiracy facts.

Hahahahah, very funny. I think you are right. It is so easy to know that the earth is round, I don't know why people argue its flat. There is no viable evidence to prove that the earth is flat.

I think the earth is a planet that has a sphere shape but the ball is not perfect because the ball has a low plateau, plateau and ocean, of the three forms can explain that the earth is not flat but has a plain ..

I believe in flat nose but I don't believe the earth is flat. The rotation of earth in the sun is clear evidence that earth is not flat.

You make me laugh bro, yeah I believe that flat nose, but Isaac Newton first proposed that Earth was not perfectly round. Instead, he suggested it was an oblate spheroid.

The earth is not flat. Anyone can calculate this if they take the time to do so. There are dozens of reasons why it can't be flat. Just pure observation tells us that it is not, flat earthers are ridiculous.

Well, I believe that the earth is round. Learned from early school days teached on Science subjects, considering pictures taken from outside the earth. Those photos proved that earth is round.

I'm reading the comments and it seems all is right since no one votes for a flat Earth.
Of course the Earth is round. They have already proven it and I also proven it through some calculation and experiences like rockets trajectory, airplane displacement, etc.

No I don't think the earth is flat... Every fact proves it to me that the earth is spherical. In the Bible, geography, science in general believes that the earth is round. It would be insane to think otherwise.

It's not hard to believe that the earth is not flat from what we see in natures everyday. E.g. watching sun rise / sun set, measuring length of shadows over a period of time. And thanks for not being flat, we won't be able to fall into the universe when we reach the edge of the earth.

It is proven already by so many scientist world wide that the shape of the earth is circle and this is currently the images that we are using to teach our children's.

We have been taught the earth is round of course and the news and the movies like universal studios keeps flashing those round ball. But how true that the earth really is round? camera of today are the most sophisticated of all but NASA can't even show us some real video of the solar system nor how round the earth is. but instead feed us the edited videos.
they claimed to have reached the moon but how true is that? they have been ridiculed for years. the germans had been laughing how they did it because they have by far the most advanced yet they haven't got there. you know why? no on can by pass the allen belt. NO one. US can't go back to the moon today because they don't have the technology so how did they do it years ago? ;D TRUTH is much stranger.

No, I don't think the earth is flat at all. Earth is roundish in shape. But if you keep travelling the earth that it will seem like the earth is flat.

I think most people are aware that we live on a planet that is round.
You have to think about how the moon, sun and other planets look from Earth.
They are a circle, typically indicating that it is round.
Also, the Earth and other round planets experience night and day (and all the time in between) because of its round shape.
If you have ridden a plane, you will also realize how round the Earth and its atmosphere is.

When you look at the earth in a very far distance it looks like circle as said in a video but for me it's a little bit oval. In short it's round and a little bit oval.

With all the advance equipment that our scientists had that proved that the shape of the earth is round then that should be it, the earth is round and we couldn't argue with them as we have no equipment to prove our claims.

The principle is that water always find the shape of a flat either in a glass of water, lake or the sea. Water is always flat. The earth is spherical in shape and that is why the moon and sun are also in that shape, that is why we can also have daylight in Nigeria and it would be midnight in the US, because the sun cannot shine on a round surface and it will reach every part of the shape, like a circle for instance. But assuming the earth is flat in shape, the whole world will experience daylight at the same time and night at the same time too.
Water is not flat in glass, instead it has a concave meniscus shape.

That is impossible LOL. It is only a movie and I don't think there are two worlds out there where we can use machines to be in and be on a suicide mission over there coming back to the real world through a phone boot. Nah it was done for entertainment that is.

lol that also is a good point. while we are all shaken when a 4.5 magnitude of earth quake can already make us scramble under the tables. yet the movement of earth rotating around the sun isn't something we feel.
if you just think about Pangea and down to our current geography today. continents are just moving as if stirred group of water lilies on the pond.

Isn't that a wonder to ponder about?
Sometimes science explain certain things to us and yet leave some things unexplained, leaving us with questions in our minds, although we can't answer all the underlying questions about nature but one thing we can be sure of is the fact that the architectural mind that structured the earth and made things the way they are is indeed superior to the human mind .

Lols. There's no passage in the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, that mentions that the earth is round. We all get to find out about the earth being a rounded shape through scientific evidence and observation of the astronauts that visited the earth
