I think It is the reason why ethereum fallen down.

This is the problem with eth's network so much easy to manipulate. I think Vitalik should considered increasing the security for their smart contract like imposing KYC or limit the users requirement or strict rule. Scammer are taking advantage of your technology you should do something to protect it.

This is the problem with eth's network so much easy to manipulate. That is correct, those fraudulent ICOs are really taking advantage of the Ethereum platform's easy way of
creating smart contracts to create an Ethereum based tokens for their fraudulent activities. I hope that there
will be a solution with this kind of issues in the future.

I believe this is true but what follow is more scary than this. Most people that does not do their research/ homework they buy and sell based on the price and the market noise. So whenever the market price drop they sell when negative news like scam or getting cheat they also sell and this become a more massive sell off.

I agree with you on this. Recent ico under ethereum network are the major people behind the crash of eth. This people don't mind selling all the investors eth contributions after running away. So I think eth should work on this and not allow their network work on such.

For those scams projects, indeed they will sell ETH after ICO to get the money, this reason make ETH keep dumping fir a long time and hard to recover until now. I hope next year STO projects can replace the current ICO so ETH won’t take affect from any project anymore
