Title: Can cryptocurrency ruin a country?
Post by: Domithra on May 14, 2018, 04:19:31 AM
Cryptocurrency can never ruin a country in anyway. Just imagine a country with its government involved in Bitcoin, such country will rather have enough revenue to cater for the development of the country instead of relying solely of tax. Anyway, cryptocurrency users are indirectly taxed whenever the is a conversion from cryptocurrency to fiat (unknowingly through several means).

I do not think cryptocurrencies can ruin a country. It may actually help them.
Regarding tax, I agree with your point that crypto users are taxed indirectly whenever they convert to fiat. I've seen some measures done by central banks to monitor crypto to fiat conversions.

Cryptocurrency can't ruin a country because cryptocurrency is just helping the country to make life easy, but cryptocurrency can ruin the ruler of the country, for example:government are doing their best to serve their country and make it better but some of them are not agree on cryptocurrency like bitcoin. On the other hand, people love cryptocurrency that's why some people are not agree in government and the government ruined their reputation.

I think crypto will never be able to damage a country at any time. but crypto can be used as a drug buying and selling transaction and as a terrorist financing.
so that it will cause a country's name to be bad.
