Why you are wondering with the huge tokens? The answer is simple, trade/sell the tokens in the market if they are already tradable. All bounty hunters must do it, and only a few bounty hunters who want to keep the tokens once they bounty rewards are already distributed. What matters most is whether the token has a price or just shitcoin left by the project developers.
If a large number of tokens are owned by a bounty participant and the tokens have a good price in the crypto market, then the participant is very lucky to have the token from the bounty.

Yeah, many or not the rewards we get cannot determine  how many your profit because many become shitcoin and have no value at all after distribution.

What's there to wonder, he got paid for the job he did. He'll be happy for getting paid and he will be even more happier if the project is a huge success as he can gain more profits.

Yes, even a high amount of tokens doesn't mean that it's a high amount of money. In some bounty you may earn even million of tokens worth nothing and in other just couple tokens worth millions. Ethereum had bounty at the beginning too)
