NEO 3.0 will launch as a new blockchain network from a genesis block.
NEO 3.0’s roadmap includes some architectural improvements that will improve NEO’s performance and stability. Some of these improvements are not compatible with NEO 2.x.
Token holders will need to swap tokens to activate new ones on NEO 3.0.
Testnet: Q2 2019
Mainnet: Q2 2020

And back to topic , NEO is new coin smartcontracts from china but not have anymore for community .
System upgrade like as above , not yet to rise up price NEO in all market . This is my Opinion and my Experience for NEO .

There was a time I was so hyped on NEO. I thought it could surpass or at least compete against ETH but reality showed that it's just a product of marketing.
And back to topic , NEO is new coin smartcontracts from china but not have anymore for community .

I think that Erik and his team realize the problem now. They need to do more than talk in order to levitate their investors' belief.

More precisely Da Hongfei and Erik Zhang must continue to work together to create NEOs to be more memorable on the market.
They stayed in the room for too long and did not see the market for their own coins, if this continued, the NEO would become extinct.

neo is a good coin it has good technology and it's scalability is better than ethereum network currently ethereum is facing fees issues however neo will not beat the ethereum currently neo 3 development is going in good condition this month they will launch neo 3 preview 5 I hope neo 3 mainnet will be launched soon.

It would be mainnet 3.0 in March, I hope it will not be delayed again. If it is postponed again, the price of Neo will be negatively affected. If the 3.0 feature comes in while the markets are in this state, it is possible to see new peaks in Neo. Let's see what is going to happen?
