After searching and listening to discussions from gamblers who "survived" gambling for years without having profound problems in their life, I came to a conclusion that what they have in common is a realization that (1) gambling is a form of entertainment, not a way to make money/profits. Then, when he wins, his brain feels relieved and releases dopamine. This mechanism is what makes people addicted to gambling and unavoidable become problem gambler.

1. Kirim crypto ke Luno - Wede IDR: metode pertama yang diajarkan ke ane, biaya wedenya 15rb. Saat itu ane merasa fee wede 15rb sudah murah karena masih newbie, akan tetapi spread jualnya terlalu jelek sehingga dapat harga yang kurang oke. Mata uang kripto yang disupport pun kurang banyak.

2. Kirim crypto ke Indodax - Wede IDR: metode kedua setelah di forum sebelah banyak yang menganjurkan pakai indodax, ane pun mencoba dan langsung sebal. Saat itu fee wede adalah 25rb, konon sekarang sudah jadi 12,5rb. Meskipun koin yang disupport banyak, tapi marketnya sangat tidak likuid untuk koin-koin marketcap kecil. Sulit rasanya pasang limit order jual lalu kena (akhirnya pasti market order/ biaya taker), udah gitu harganya berbeda dengan market besar seperti Binance. Pengalaman ini yang paling buruk menurut ane.

3. Kirim crypto ke Binance - tukar ke BUSD - wede BUSD ke Triv (fee gratis pakai BSC) - jual BUSD di Triv - Wede IDR: Cara ini yang paling oke dan masih ane gunakan sampai sekarang karena koin marketcap kecil masih liquid di Binance, jadi ketika ditukar ke BUSD hampir tidak berasa rugi. Biaya yang nyata ada adalah biaya penarikan sebesar 0.1% atau 5rb di Triv (ambil yang lebih besar) dan 0.1% Pajak Negara. BUSD juga harganya ga jatoh walaupun pakai market order, ga seperti yang spreadnya lebar pada koin-koin kecil.

Bagaimana menurut pendapat agan?

Akhir-akhir ini pemerintah (PLN) semakin gencar untuk memromosikan produk-produk yang ditenagai listrik untuk menggantikan produk-produk konvensional berbahan bakar BBM. Konon kalau pakai listrik biayanya lebih murah, benarkah demikian?

Hasil uji coba menunjukan, untuk memasak 1 liter air menggunakan kompor induksi 1.200 watt hanya memerlukan biaya sebesar Rp 158, sementara dengan kompor gas dengan tabung Elpiji 12 kilogram sekitar Rp 176. Baca juga: PLN Usul Kompor Elpiji Bisa Ditukar Gratis dengan Kompor Induksi Sehingga dengan pola memasak rata-rata masyarakat di Indonesia menggunakan gas Elpiji 11,4 kilogram per bulan, terjadi penghematan Rp 28.500 dari biaya memasak setiap bulannya.

Sumur.

Hmm.. sedikit lebih hemat sih, tapi harus ganti kompor dan semua tools dapur karena kompor induksi ga bisa pakai wajan sembarangan. Worth it?

Otak ane merasa skeptis dengan hitung-hitungan di atas karena secara logika kalau dari BBM langsung diubah ke panas itu hanya satu langkah, sedangkan kalau BBM -> Listrik -> Panas/Gerak itu dua langkah, seharusnya terlalu banyak energi yang terbuang karena inefisiensi.

Ternyata:
1 liter BBM bisa menempuh jarak 23 km (Agya, Ayla, Datsun Go, dsb). Jadi 13.000/23 = Rp 565.22 per km
1,5 kWh bisa menempuh 10 km. Jadi 3.300/10 = Rp 330 per km

Hmm.. irit juga sih, tapi apakah faktor irit sekitar 41% ini akan membuat kendaraan listrik worth it apabila dihitung harga jual dan spare part (yang paling utama baterai yang mudah soak)?

Binance Smart Chain (BSC), the layer 1, or base, blockchain of crypto exchange Binance, announced a major rebranding and a push towards expansion, according to a press release shared with CoinDesk.

- BSC is rebranding to BNB Chain, which stands for Build and Build, in an effort to draw a connection to Binance’s BNB token, the governance token for the protocol, the press release said.

It's interesting to see they tried to remove "Binance" brand from BNB and BSC. I think this is good since Binance as a brand is a bit tainted with probes/warnings from regulators. What do you think? What will follow this rebrand?

The crowdfunding platform claimed the convoy fundraiser - which raised $10million Canadian dollars ($8 million USD) in support of truckers protesting against COVID-19 vaccine mandates - violated its terms of service 'which prohibits the promotion of violence and harassment.'

GoFundMe plans to distribute the remaining $9million of donated funds to 'credible and established charities' that were reportedly chosen by the convoy organizers and have been verified by the platform.

Canadian people and perhaps people around the world donated their money to fund Freedom Convoy, but GoFundMe closed the account, and not refunding the donation, instead they tried to distribute the funds to the organization that they like. This is blatant fraud!

Instead of using a site like GoFundMe, why doesn't Freedom Convoy uses crypto? It is faster and the government can't steal the donation.
