I agree with you, Bitcoin will remain number one in Cryptocurrency.  XRP dropped to 4th place and Volume decreased a lot, the distance is very far from Bitcoin and it seems impossible XRP can replace Bitcoin.

Ripple is not Ethereum.
Ripple will continue to be Ripple because the RIpple coin has a ton of stories to tell from when it was first created.
Until now, the drama of the Ripple coin is very predictable between the ups and downs there must be insiders who want to buy more of the Ripple coins.

I never think that XRP will be next BTC because of market dominance. You see BTC market dominance is 60% and XRP dominance is 1%. So how we can say XRP will be next BTC? Yea XRP now in good rated coin in CMC but they have to go long long way to catch BTC.

Ripple is the good coin but i don,t think so that this is the next Bitcoin becasue the BTC price is so much high and that run all the crypto market and it may be possible in future when the BTC coin price down and the XRP coin price touches the sky.
