In the IT-team, as in any other, there are unspoken attitudes: for example, that a woman cannot become a high-class specialist, since she has family responsibilities and taking care of children. For this reason, employers prefer men when selecting candidates, even if women have more experience. Fortunately, during my work in IT, I was lucky to meet many women specialists.
Tell me, how do you feel about the presence of women in IT?

I also hear this a lot in my daily life, not too far in the IT world but in the lives of our neighbors around us.
I often hear that the woman ends up in the kitchen and babysitting and it is very sad to hear that, considering that women must also have a long way to go to develop their talents.
Like the IT in cryptocurrency which a lot of women like, it is really good progress in 2021.
