This sub-Forum was created to talk about the Polygon Matic coin, but are we aware that this forum feels very quiet because I see all the members in this forum keep discussing Bitcoin, Ethereum and BNB. If I'm not mistaken because I see very few threads in this section of the Sub-Forum.
We can compare it with the Solana Sub-Forum, which is a bit bigger than Polygon Matic, but do all members in this forum choose Solana over Matic ??
If I have to answer, I will choose both and will be enabled to participate in the IDO at the head of the coin platform for the long term.

Polygon Matic vs Solana doesn't seem like the right comparison for today because I see Polygon Matic vs Solana, in terms of ranking, they are also far apart, maybe more than 10 and this is also very different because the marktcap is also very different.

I think now the price of MATIC $2.1-$2.5 is very good for investment. I agree, Solana is currently incomplete and often has blockchain issues. Meanwhile Polygon is operating very stably to serve users from the Ethereum ecosystem. I expect MATIC to bounce back with BTC in 2023.

I will not choose between those two because they have the same potential in the market here in the cryptocurrency business industry. Actually, I actually have holdings in those two because I believe in the potential they can reach in the future.
So, if you're after more income, I think you'll get more profit in matic from what I see, because the SOL has risen a bit and it's really the matic that's on the rise, where even if it's 100$ each of the matic is a winner, that's what I see. That's my assessment of that matter, in my own opinion.

Lets not get jealous mate because we all have our favorite if not sole chosen coins , it is normal that people will talk about those 2 coins because they are the most popular and most trusted but that does not mean we will deny the goodness of other coins like Matic and Sol , because me myself is holding Solana now yet not matic as of now.

We can't judge a coin because of their position in market cap, Solana and Matic are two different coins with different technology, Matic is designed as a layer 2 blockchain technology while Solana is a layer1 and Matic support EVM coins while Solana is a stand-alone layer that has its own technology and very faster than Matic but in term of community trust, Matic win that aspect.
The two are good coin and instead of holding and depending on just only one as investment, it's better to buy and hold the two, you can't say what may happened in the future between the two coins but Matic will come first in my portfolio.
