I don't understand why the administrator always warned me, I didn't send advertising, also did not send junk articles

Follow the rules of the forum and you will not have problems, the warning percentage will decrease automatically. It was mentioned that after 4-10 activity links can be posted.
so is it fine to post links on crypto news?

Not for shilling or spam. When creating a post to talk about news or an article, it is always necessary to add the original link, it is clearly stated in the forum rules. If you mean adding links in previously created threads or posts, the answer is yes, you can add links, but as long as they are not spam and those links are about the discussion in those threads.

Now that you're here, I recommend that you read the forum rules and abide by them, as you've received multiple warnings for breaking some of those rules.
