Cement is an important building material in Nigeria, the price can have a significant impact on the cost of construction projects. The price of cement as raise in recent years and now 2024 the price has move more than what it supposed to be due to increase in demand. The price is also vary depends on the location and specific type of cement. The price of cement has a negative effects on construction industry in Nigeria. Because many people because of the price now can't afford to complete their projects, it can lead to delay in construction projects. As well as the additional price in other materials that are used.
