Title: Wallet to Keeping your Crypto Safe?

You’re going to need a way to store your assets, or technically speaking, your “private keys” or access to these assets.

The most secure options are probably a hardware or paper wallet
A hardware wallet is a small device that typically connects to your computer via USB. It stores your private keys entirely offline. A hardware wallet, however, is a little less convenient, as it must be plugged in and verified for each transaction.

In crypto, the ownership of crypto tokens lies completely with you. Also the transactions, once executed, cannot be reversed. Since the proof of ownership is stored on a decentralized ledger called Blockchain, the ownership is verified with a Private Key. The person who holds this private key holds ownership.

In cases where we use various wallets and exchanges to store our crypto tokens, this private key is with them. We just have access to those tokens via a username/email id and password to that wallet or exchange. This is risky since the ownership is not with us.

You are very correct ledger nano is a good wallet to store your cryptocurrency, my question is did you think other wallet like trust wallet, metamask or Bitkeep wallet is not cool for storing digital asset or it not secured?

When we store our tokens/coins in any wallet, some care is needed to get the headlines in it. For this, we should not share our recovery fresh / private under any circumstances, if the recovery is found by someone from France / Private, then he can harm us by misusing it.

Whether to use a cold wallet or a hot wallet depends on personal preference. As for me, I use both types of wallets: ledger nano x and capitalwallet.

I’ve been thinking I need to transfer my coins onto a ledger nano x that I bought and haven’t done so yet. After losing a lot on Celsius I thought this is the way to go. I thought it was impossible to hack without your seed phrase any idea what happened?
