No not always. Bounty hunting is a bit different than regular investing process. For example I don't dump the tokens if I was hunting the right project.

Trading always looks hard to me. Whatever you do, it is hard to understand the situation if it is going up or down since it is very related to the bitcoin's price. Well, we should hodl I guess, either way I don't want to sell low.

Well, like they always say, do your own research. I believe the bear market is always good to buy, at any time. It is like following the rule of Warren Buffet. Always keep some fiat aside and look for good projects to invest. If you invest into the team and tech, you'll eventually get rewarded.
