Cryptocurrency Trading / Re: Trading is not same thing as Gambling
« on: May 02, 2024, 09:10:16 PM »
You are right, gambling is a game that depends on luck. Different from trading, trading requires experience, analysis and always monitoring the market. If you have good luck, it's best to trade. because this is more realistic.

Gambling requires experience, analysis if you love doing sport betting and of ofcourse luck and trading requires the same as well but the level of certainty in winning them is different, you can't open a bet and open a trade and expect to win something from each of them, you are likely to lost gambling before you lose money on trade.

If I'm to chose any of the two, I will chose trading before gambling because the lost in gambling is less and money can be made as profit if you don't sell. While in gambling, you don't have that kind of chance.

I don't think pepe is the best investment. There are lots of memecoins after pepe that have gone multiple times than pepe. Although, I was able to make some profit back then with pepe when I paired it with some Bitcoin on Bitget smart portfolio. As it keeps pumping, I was getting more Bitcoin from it. But It wasn't like the memecoins I bought after it

PEPE is a good investment for people that bought it at pre-sale price, you can see the OP quoted profits of 210000%, that's profit you can only see in a blue moon but considering the fact that it's a meme coin, I will never rate it above any Fork Bitcoin like Bitcoin cash and the rest of the forks, meme coins are cancer to crypto but people love what they love even though you shout from now to tomorrow.

Anyone can buy meme coin for all they want but just know that it's not that meme coin you think can buy you Lamborghini will be, most of the time, it's the coin you don't expect to pump will actually pump.

When the price of bitcoin drops to $56k you don't just look, we have to be ready to enter and buy more bitcoin because usually when the price falls like that it will bounce quite high. We just need to make good use of the opportunities for rising and falling Bitcoin prices to continue to profit from the movements made by whales.

Not everyone has money to spare you know, some people set up money purposely to buy Bitcoin when it comes down to the exact price they have in mind and whatever Bitcoin does later, they don't have more funds elsewhere to buy more. However, I just think $56k level might not be the actual lower price Bitcoin price is expected to stay, I have noticed that Bitcoin do have this sharp decline lower before it makes a bullish engulfing candle for the next pump. So I think we might have more lower price sooner or later.

Basic Questions about Cryptos / Re: Are Bitcoins a good investment?
« on: May 02, 2024, 08:30:20 PM »
Learn how to be patient in the sense that you don't know when bitcoin will excel in price. Patience is what the majority of investors lack. Most of them want to see profits in their bitcoin investment always without first understanding that the crypto market is volatile, it does fluctuate up and down and there are times to expect huge profits out of one investment in bitcoin(that is the bull run season)

Some people sell their Bitcoin not because they are not patient enough, they sell because they are satisfied with the profit they have for that moment because they are not long-term holders but a short time. They rebuy back again when Bitcoin has retrace down to their support and then the process continues like that and as they say, there is nothing bad in selling if you are in profit.

Only new people who buy Bitcoin at the top might actually need this advice, no competent investor will actually buy Bitcoin at the top and see at the bottom, they will hold until they are even or sell when they are in profit.

if we are in this kind of situation where the electricity is still on like its normal situation still and internet is accessible, wouldn't it make sense for the warlords to accept BTC and other crypto?

I think in a war situation, it's normal for Bitcoin price to appreciate because during such time difficulties, a lot of people will want to abandoned US dollar for settlement  of trade, nobody will be interested in buying yuen and euro, a lot of people will be seeing their shares and stock and will used it to buy food and health care items.

For people who still want to have their value save from any circumstances, Bitcoin is going to be the only option for investment but there will be a lot of things as well, people might start attacking each other when Bitcoin becomes the next big thing, this scenario just make me to remember a movie call TIME, if you have watch it you will understand me better.

Crazy how many chances PSG missed today against Dortmund and I expected to see a lot more goals, but next match will decide everything.
I think that PSG is still a big favorite and they will play better at home stadium, this should be the same for Real Madrid against Bayern.

Dortmund is not small in the eyes of PSG and plus they hosted PSG, conceding goals is bound to happen but PSG didn't make use of all the opportunities they had but who know what will happen in the second leg if they visit PSG stadium. I know for a fact that PSG will not let go of this tournament without a fight especially how silent Mbape has been, there might be some sort of changes we might no see coming they will use to knockdown Dortmund in the second leg.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: High fees is a never ending story?
« on: May 02, 2024, 07:33:53 PM »
Indeed bitcoin isnt controlled by individuals, but still someone created NFTs on bitcoin blockchain, we got runes recently. And there is more to come. Why dont we have something like meme-coins on bitcoin blockchain? Or lots of metaverse madness? That is a good idea to think how to implement that to bitcoin blockchain, and that person will get rich. I expect more things that were once in trend in crypto to appear on bitcoin blockchain one day.

If there is any one that is capable of doing all of these that you mentioned, it's going to be nobody but one greedy miner. If we take 100% of people that will confidently tells you that they bought things that were listed on Bitcoin network be it ordinals, brc tokens and NFTs, they are just less number of people that own bitcoin and most of these creativity didn't do well. Who is now benefiting from all of this, it's nobody but miners because they are the only people that refuse to listen to people about this shitty activity on the Bitcoin network.

The draw at home Bayern is actually also a positive sign for Real Madrid. Who will indeed be more favored when playing in the second leg as hosts. Meanwhile, Bayern, who could only hold Real Madrid to a draw in the first leg, was really not a good result for Bayern. because in the second leg everything will be more difficult. Because Real Madrid usually plays better at their own home.

Bayern Munich played Real Madrid but Madrid is smart enough to stand their ground and refuse to concede more goals than what they score Munich and now I don't expect them Bayern Munich to be this bold to win Real Madrid in Bernabeu, they will concede more goals than Real Madrid even if they eventually try their best.

I agree with your suggestion, we don't need to be affected by market conditions that appear to be dumping after the bitcoin halving because it seems like everyone is waiting. We should also do that, wait for the bullish season at the end of this year and keep holding our bitcoin.

One thing about holding Bitcoin is that, when you buy and decide to hold and the market dump, you don't have to worry about the loss because the loss in unrealized loss, you wouldn't be affected as long as you don't sell but the moment you sell your coins, that's when you become affected, so I will advice everyone to hold no matter what happen to the Bitcoin market.

I think even with this current dump of the market, there is going to be a shake out from people, it's advisable to be a diamond hand and hold strongly.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Has the bear market started?
« on: May 01, 2024, 05:31:31 PM »
Bitcoin price touched $65k to $56k in just two days. Bitcoin price is in full bearish current position, maybe we are going to reach bull run very soon. Do you think we are headed for a bitcoin bull market or a bear market?

I'm not an expert when it comes to bull run but I know for a certain that bull run doesn't happen the same year the halving occurs. So we can assume now that the $56k we are seeing right now is a market correction and this one is a healthy one because it's happening gradually and not crashing like it used to do in the previous crash, so we should anticipate for bull run later and he got the best for the market.

Actually, this is also something we must have guessed beforehand. And I personally welcome this very positively. Because even though CZ is no longer a Binance holder, his name is still always a name that crypto lovers follow. So if severe punishment happens to CZ then it can also be bad news for people who always follow CZ. CZ made a good move by admitting early on and helping law enforcement very well. So his legal process can indeed be lighter.

Nobody will ever rule Binance accurately like the way CZ has done all this years, is it the influence? The transparency and support? He has everything and that's why the new CEO is not influencing the recent bull run like CZ,  a tweet from CZ gives people confidence and gives hope even when th crypto is bleeding.

I believe he might not publicly be the CEO when he is finally out of Jail but all the moves will be done by him silently because only him understand the dynamics of Binance from when it was launched and to where it is right now.

News related to Crypto / Re: Russia prepares for total crypto ban
« on: May 01, 2024, 05:21:44 PM »
Though this is truly sad news, I would say that this development will not anymore have any impact with cryptocurrency in general as I think the market has had already discounted Russia and China years ago. Do you agree with me?

From inception, Russia is very strick with crypto ruling, they didn't give a green flag nor a red flag regarding it legality but any smart person will understand that this was coming, there are many crypto website that are restricted by Russians unless they used VPN, so this news is nothing new, the are just trying to set a rule that will permanently ban their citizens and any person that does otherwise will have to face the law from breaking it.

In the early years, CZ and his Binance didn't actively cooperate with the regulators, and he started to do so only after the regulators became interested in him and put pressure on him. On the whole, I would say that CZ was lucky in this trial because the judge was more or less loyal and rejected the main demands of the DOJ. In fact, the 4-month jail sentence looks like trolling by the judge as it's symbolic of that famous picture of CZ.

Who would have thought congress would be interested in that case, they already made a settlement for $4B and that's why even him became less worried but coincidentally, FTX case became the next big thing and I thing it will looks impartial to free CZ just like that and they pin him down and postponed his case until FTX was complete.

Even this 4 month is just an eye seriousness to jail him for 4 months so that people will think US is very strick with money laundering and other cases against him else I see nothing significant here.

The dip this week made me realise that I've been too narrow-minded in my dealings in this industry. For the past coupled weeks, I had been so fixated on trading and trying to find the next good pump that I overexposed myself and take heavy hits whenever dips happen. This week'sdip hit harder than others, and lessons have been learned. Now it's time for me to try my hands and luck in other areas while I wait for a correction. For the first time in a while, I'm in search of random events, contests and campaigns hosted by any reputable companies. I'd be happy if you could share some here.

There is something you don't understand here. Market is a two sided things, you can make money trading spot pairs and you can make money trading futures but clearly you have been doing spot all this while and you can't make money from doing such now unless you try futures which is dangerous but if you use less leverage, you can make money trading it.

Leverage of 2x in futures short position is something you can manage like your normal spot trading, just find one coin and open a short position after your technical analysis and you are good to go with with profits.

TrustWallet / Re: Is trust wallet secure?
« on: April 30, 2024, 05:09:27 PM »
Trust Wallet has suddenly disappeared from Play Market. In the App Store, the application is available. Let me remind you that this is an official cryptocurrency wallet from Binance.

P.S. Will it be removed from iOS soon? Who has any thoughts?

All of this other wallets are just clone and not the real Trust wallet because I have noticed that the real Application usually be the first to appear when you search for any app on Plat store and Apple store. The reason for the removal is yet unknown but I think play store has their policies that if you break them, your application can be remove anytime without any notice.

There was a time Metamask was removed from Apple store because they want to be having some % of shares from fees on Metamask because they think it's a payment platform but some how they settle and the app has been on Apple store for many months now without been removed, I'm sure this will be resolved soon.
