I think the UNI token price will be heavily affected, at least until we have full information about the lawsuit. I am even worried that many CEXs will delist the UNI token as they did with XRP. The best-case scenario is that UniSwap Labs is seen as a brave user standing up for DeFi against the SEC's absurdity, then UNI token price will gain focus and money flow from crypto community and investors!

Considering that in the first place the government don't like Bitcoin because they are trying to stop payments on a website before through a blockade of cards but because of Bitcoin they can still make payment. People might think today that all is well and the government will not looking for Satoshi. Well, that's our opinion and we don't know the very truth on what's their real plan if ever Satoshi come out. Satoshi is a genius, and he will not let all his hard work go to waste.

Chuyện này cũng hợp lý để thị trường tái tích lũy, cá voi gom lại được nhiều token ngay trước mùa hè DeFi năm nay và altseason trong năm tới.

Hết tăng thì giảm, hết giảm thì tăng, đó là một phần của thị trường này. Nếu tính từ đỉnh 73K thì hiện tại chúng ta mới chỉ giảm khoảng 10% mà thôi, không đáng kể nếu so với những điều chỉnh trước đây là 20-30%. Những điều chỉnh như vậy là cần thiết trong uptrend, và đã diễn ra nhiều lần trong quá khứ. Em nghĩ chúng ta cũng sẽ có sự điều chỉnh tương tự, không phụ thuộc vào ý chí hoặc dự đoán của những KOLs trên Youtube hoặc X. SEC được biết đến là cơ quan không có thiện cảm với crypto, SEC muốn quản lý thị trường crypto. Vì UniSwap là DEX hàng đầu trong thị trường và đa số DEXs hoặc những giao thức DeFi khác có những đặc tính tương tự với UniSwap, nếu SEC chiến thắng vụ kiện này thì SEC sẽ có tiền lệ để tấn công toàn bộ DeFi. Điều này có thể ảnh hưởng nghiêm trọng đến tương lai của thị trường crypto vì DeFi là trung tâm của thị trường crypto. Ngược lại, nếu UniSwap chiến thắng, SEC sẽ không thể đụng đến DeFi và nhiều dự án crypto khác trong tương lai.
