POLEMIK TENTANG CRYPTOCURRENCY INI TELAH MEMANCING SYAHWAT SELANCAR SAYA KEMBALI

Untuk mendapati informasi tentang mata uang digital ini, saya terpaksa membaca beberapa jurnal ilmiah bereputasi dari luar negeri, mulai dari Asia hingga Eropa namun yang sdh dibatasi dengan kalimat Islam perspective atau Shariah perspective.

Dan ternyata hasil temuan para ahli beragam juga.
Ada yg mnghukumi bahwa Crypto ini gharar sbb fluktuasinya tajam serta tdk ada nilai instriksiknya alias aset yg diwakilinya.

Ada juga yg memandang ini terobosan hebat masa depan sebab crypto ini pasokannya bersifat tetap dibanding dg uang fiat sehingga menghilangkan potensi gharar dan inflasi.

Jurnal2 ini ditulis berdasarkan penelitian yg panjang, dan menurut saya jika pemerintah kita mau hadir menerbitkan regulasi dan jaminan atas aset, maka perdebatan ttg halal haram crypto akan selesai.

Tapi hemat saya, Indonesia tdk akan melakukan itu sbb crypto ini terlepas dg sistem bank yang sulit di audit dan "sembunyi" dari jaring2 perpajakan.

Masukan saya bagi ustadz2 yg mau mubahatsah/mmbahas ttg crypto sebaiknya masuk ke dlm pusarannya dulu untuk meneliti saja, sebab peneliti yg handal adalah ia yang menjadikan mata, telinga, dan seluruh indranya sbg alat penelitiannya, sehingga otaknya akan maksimal utk merumuskan, bukan dari cerita ataupun sekedar baca saja.
