Will bitcoin hit 20K in 2020?

bitcoin is nasty today, it falls @ $10k level and the sad thing is, it pull the altscoin down. Many traders like me is at loss today because of what bitcoin behave in the past days. hopefully, it will increase so alts could do the same. i won't say that bitcoin will not hit $20k because current indicator are pointing to that way. but i can't remove the possibility that bitcoin will just continue to move down until it reaches to lowest price.

Assuming Bitcoin continues to go down, but will not reach the zero level. Level zero could means the end is here. It is done. Finished. Hopeless to recover anymore. The history of Bitcoin really matter coz it had been on dip and then bounce back again to the point reached $20,000. Always possible that this down trend now just part of Bitcoin scenario.

Judging from the development of the market exchange  in a few days the value of bitcoin is still below $ 15K so the possibility of going up to $ 20K is still very much in doubt.

I have confidence in my long-term analysis, but I see myself more of an investor than a trader. I only care about really long-term price, not short-term price. I don’t think the current or near-term price of Bitcoin to represent how much its worth. In other words, I do not intend to use BTC as a currency on the foreseeable future.

Still, as the market has finally recovered (I believe), it’s now time to see where things could be heading up to the end of the year.

Will the summer be kind to Bitcoin? Will we see a massive retracement back to the 20-day EMA or will Bitcoin continue to moon to new yearly highs?

Looking at the chart above, it’s easy to guess what I think will happen. As long as that green line stays intact and price manages to stay above it, I expect Bitcoin to continue pushing higher and higher.

You can see from the chart that the 50-day EMA has crossed the 100-day EMA, and the 20-day EMA is already above both of them. This means we’re clearly in bullish territory.

Moreover, Fibonacci levels show BTC is already holding on to the 0.5 retracement level. The next one will be the key 0.618 level, around $13,500. If Bitcoin manages to surpass this level and get to the 0.786 retracement level, going higher than $16,000, I see little reason for a major retracement back to $8,000 or so.

Sure, we can expect BTC to hit key support levels along the way, but the trend line is on quite a positive slope. And as they say, you should never go against the trend – just ride it for as long as possible.

If you inspect the chart closely, you’ll see there’s a little tunnel connecting the lows of 2018 with the highs of 2017, which by chance of the mighty trading gods happens to cross exactly over early January 2020.

What I think this means is that there will be a huge push towards new highs during the New Year. More adoption, more institutional investors, and a further push for Lightning and lower transaction fees will help Bitcoin’s price maintain its positive slope.

Additionally, we shouldn’t forget Bitcoin is a living organism. Through the implementation of Segwit, Signature Aggregation, Taproot, Graftroot, and Scriptless Scripts (smart contracts on the Bitcoin network), we can expect the king of cryptocurrencies to become even more resilient and easy to use.

Of course, my analysis could be entirely wrong, but I intend to keep checking how my trend line is holding up. Again, if Bitcoin is able to keep pushing forward, my bet is on a $20,000 Bitcoin by 2020. Wouldn’t that be the cherry on top of the cake?

Bitcoin is a super fast coin it has no dout But in my own view I see that bitcoin is recovering slowly now.So,I think in this year to hit 20k is not possible for bitcoin. On the other hand everything is possible in the crypto currency So,wait and see what will happen.

In Economics, there is such a word as inflation. This is the depreciation of the currency to goods, or Vice versa. Since inflation is constantly occurring, it is logical to assume that bitcoin will go up in any case and reach$ 20,000, but here the question is different. What can I buy with this $ 20,000 maybe by this time the money will be worthless and I will be able to buy a pack of juice for$ 20,000.

Everyone who has bitcoins in their wallet believes in Its growth and hopes that it will rise to the moon. This is a normal phenomenon. I don't have bitcoin at the moment but I still believe in It, it has global support. If the first cryptocurrency grows by 50% in 2020, I will be very happy)

Bitcoin has been experiencing a lot of fluctuations but BTC would grow as he is counting on more institutional investors taking on Bitcoin and a steady increase in Bitcoin user base.I won't be surprised if it reaches 20k in 2020.

I think the price of bitcoin will go up.  But it is unlikely to increase towards the end of this year.  Because a month ago, the price of Bitcoin was 12,305 $ in the middle of the price of the coin dropped to 10,264 $ and the current price has risen to 10,970 $ .  But I don't think the price of bitcoin will cross 12000 $ this year.  But the burden is likely to cross 15000 $ by mid-2021.  By the end of 2021, it could reach 18,000 $ or 20,000 $ .

August and September have never seen high price increases in the cryptocurrency market. Usually the fourth quarter gives us good growth in the cryptocurrency market. I agree that the price of Bitcoin won't reach $20K this year. It seems unlikely to happen and we should consider many things that possibly make the Bitcoin price hard to increase constantly. The current trend of Bitcoin price seems a bit stable or just move a small amount. This shows us the price of Bitcoin won't go very far in the near future.

I don't think Bitcoin price will hit $20k in  the next 3 months rather it can hit $13.5k highest in this present situation where the whole world are facing Covid 19 problem. When economic condition and market condition aren't favorable, we can expect as high.

I agree that the price of Bitcoin won't reach $20K this year. It seems unlikely to happen and we should consider many things that possibly make the Bitcoin price hard to increase constantly. The current trend of Bitcoin price seems a bit stable or just move a small amount. This shows us the price of Bitcoin won't go very far in the near future.

If we look at the past few months we see that bitcoin has increased rapidly several times and decreased rapidly. from bitcoin when it was $ 9K to date is around $ 10K-11K. it was a bit difficult for old bitcoins when it had risen, and it happened again at $ 12K, it has been passing but in a few days it has dropped back again.

I already talked several times  in many topics that bitcoin and cryptocurrencies market value always unstable in nature and the nature cannot be described and pre pridicted. So 20000 dollars not impossible but possible at any time.

the value of BTC today is falling from almost $11k it was down to $10.4K and the correction was pulling almost all crypto currency. Hopefully, it will not go down beyond $10k or go even further to that level. sadly to note that many traders/investors today have loss their funds like me.
