No external links allowed?

I want to post an ANN thread where I want to post only project related news posts. I would gather those under the 'quality' posts. But when I try to post  the thread the forum says that I am not allowed to post external links. Now since other threads do contain external links I guess this has to do with my forum status. Is there no solution to this? Should I chitchat my way towards a higher forum ranking so that I will finally be able to post more qualitative posts? I'm not much of a chitchatter unfortunately. Suggestions are welcome.

your rank is too low for posting external links. So you must wait and rank up. Or you can purchase Express rank.

You aren't right. You can use your personal referral link in the Referral Links section, here is the link: https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?board=81.0 or you can use your referral link in your signature.

I strongly believe that you not being able to make a post which includes links is down to the fact that your rank is too low because there are some certain post which you cannot make based on your rank.
So I would advise you to keep posting till you attain a higher rank.
