Polls visibility when replying

Is it possible to make it visible? so when someone replying on it can review the choices and results for discussions sake.

Visible underneath as reference for numbers and percentage. ( I mean, Sticky while writing a message to post.)

I think you can edit the poll and change the option under "Result visibility" to "show the poll's results to anyone". Or at least I can.
Personally, I make them not visible so that guests have to sign up and users have to vote to see results.
People should vote based on their opinion, not how others vote. Otherwise it's sheep mentality...

Sorry it wasn't clear.

What I mean is after someone submitted his vote and then try to write a message further explanation about his choice.
You can notice that the poll choices isn't visible only the content.
My question or maybe suggestion is,
Is it possible to make it sticky underneath while someone writing a message.?
