Well, that could very well be. It was institutional investors who pushed the bitcoin price upward. If they have reduced their investment in it, it could cause a big drop.
As for ethereum and other altcoins, it is impossible to say for sure. We look forward to the onset of the altcoin season after the relative stabilization of the bitcoin price. However, if the fall in bitcoin is large, then the entire market will collapse after bitcoin.
