Well, the judgment was not that very harsh against Kik and the way I am seeing it is that they can maneuver the whole thing to survive and eventually flourish as there is no need to kill the beast. The only big thing they need to focus is paying the $5 million fine which they can easily cought out of the toal money they received from the investing public. I am just really wondering, can we not require those who are planning to accept investment from USA people to first get the approval of SEC so that we can avoid this same situation?
