Firstly, this is called "Day Trading" and it involves entering and exiting positions on the same trading day. Since the trading happens within the same day, this strategy may also be referred to as intraday trading. The goal of day traders is to use intraday trading strategies to try and profit off of price changes in a price of certain coin/tokens
If you are following certain coin/token price trends, you may get good signal on a possible coins pump. You can try to have good information on few coin/tokens out there, by getting first class informations about projects developments and analysis on it's next price signal.
As you know, every coin/token doe not pump on the same day, therefore you may follow up these projects on social media platforms or get a paid telegram pump signal group to receive a good information about the project technical and fundamental analysis (TA/FA) to trade. There is know pointer to any particular coins/tokens to trade on the day, but the few coins for best intraday trading are BTC, Ether, Bnb. This is just my opinion. Thanks.

Buy and sell short term is very risky, I think the best method is to buy and sell nft. p2e projects have great opportunities and Vulcano is one of them. The team works very well and the community is very active. It's worth a look.

Short term coins are usually quite risky. but , I will tell you. These coins are commonly available on swap dex like pancakeswap or uniswap, they are also available during public sale via IDO. If you want to go short term, you have to know at your own risk because a little greed will cost you the asset forever.

It seems Paragen is developing rapidly, it will pay-back massively. I really enjoy to invest on active projects like that, they're much more stable in the long-run. Quality IDO's will have a positivie effect on Paragen's future also.

You may also want to check SupraOracles. It'll also IDO phase for it at Q2, I believe. Oracles are necessary and could reach high amount of people quickly.

If you suggest BNB to buy, I agree.
BNB is potential coin and have good team behind their project.
We know binance is the biggest exchange and maybe It will always be the biggest.
Because many trader and investor prefer in binance  than other.
BNB is good for short term trading, I always have BNB in my wallet.

Short term investment, I think It's not suitable for current market condition.
I see market is struggling now.
Better to buy and hold until the market will go up again.
Talking about which exchanger, I think binance, Kucoin, hotbit, bitmart are my favourite exchange.
