I think when that happens, the coins at the exchange are being toyed with by the whales and investors to try to get traders in because with the increase in trading volume and the price of the coin at the exchange suddenly becomes very expensive.

I konw many will argue that we are not yet on bear run but all bear market trends may not take the same pattern. Change is inevitable and I think that crypto market prices trends since late 2020 till date has changed drastically. This a bear run in my opinion. what are thoughts?

I understand that this was from 2020 and most people would actually call it a correction and not a Bear market then but I believe this is no longer an argument now cos the market has fallen -74% and dips like that only happen in a bear market. Ether way, we should take advantage of the drop and prepare for the next Bull run whenever that time is right again.

Dips or bear markets make crypto quite interesting. We shouldn't all be celebrating bull runs, bear runs are equally important in any market for more investors to jump into the train and get in cheap too. Don't be greedy bro, make use of the market anytime

I actually have to agree with this. As of this time, we’re in a bearish period. Although they might say that $17,600 might be the current dip now, but I don’t think so because the market is very unpredictable nowadays. We just don’t know what would be the unexpected upcoming news that would make the market go bearish or bullish again. We just have to be prepared for the risks and only invest what we can afford to lose.

Don't expect the bear market over until a few conditions are met.
Firstly, basic US and world economic conditions improve. Things like the war in Ukraine, rising energy cost and inflation looming. Second, 2024 Bitcoin halving, which usually sees a bull market. And lastly, and my opinion.. a change in US leadership. Republican or Democrat, doesn't matter, investor confidence is in the toilet with Biden in charge. I'd set ny sights for 2024... Bitcoin halving + US Presidential Elections.

You are right, but there is still a long way to go before the launch of the CBDC, in the technical documents of the Federal Reserve (January 2022) we can read:

The Federal Reserve is committed to soliciting and reviewing a wide range of views as it continuesto study whether a U.S. CBDC would be appropriate. Irrespective of any ultimate conclusion, Federal Reserve staff will continue to play an active role in developing international standardsfor CBDCs.

From what we can tell, the digital dollar will take much longer to appear than the digital Yuan, for example, which is already being tested with several million Chinese citizens.

I agree. Good to buy potential tokens and hold for short term or long term period depends on the target deadline and price. To play investment wisely is also another good factor to gain little more income during this bear market. However, we don't really know if Bitcoin cycle will repeat itself or we can see new pattern this season. If the cycle will be the same, then we already know this bear will take years from now. Next halving would be the next to see Bitcoin pump tremendously.
